Camera Surveillance

Applications

Have you applied for one of our vacancies or sent an open application? We process your personal data to process your application and to prepare for potentially concluding an employment contract.

We retain your application data for up to 6 weeks after the position has been filled. If we cannot offer you a position at this time, we can, with your consent, retain the application data for one year longer. You can withdraw your consent at any time by sending us an email. If you start working with us, we will keep your application data in the personnel file. This file is retained as long as necessary, and concerning the application data, for up to 2 years after the start of employment.
A social media and internet investigation may be part of the application procedure. This is necessary to ensure that we maintain our image when hiring new staff. We do this based on our legitimate interest. We search for your name via Google and your possible profile on various social media, but only to the extent that these profiles are public; we will not ask you to grant us access to a protected social media page or to connect with us.
